Tenerife Car Leasing - Requirements to buy a car on a monthly basis.

• You must be 27 years old or over
• You must have a full driving licence
• You must have a NIE/Residencia or passport
• You must have proof of where you live in Tenerife (Residencia, empadronamiento, rental contract)
• You must have an income

You must provide copies of the above

The cars are available by the owners who will arrange an agreement between yourself (The Buyer) and the owner (The Vendor)

You agree to pay the vendor the monthly agreed amount to maintain the lease/sales agreement.

If you default on the monthly payments or no longer require the vehicle then the vehicle must be handed back without delay, no monies paid will be refunded

The buyer will become the owner of the vehicle at the end of the agreement period (Flexible 12, 24, 36 months) and a final payment for the transfer of the documents via Traffico must be made by the buyer, This varies depending on the vehicle valuation at Traffico.

Any fines, grua fee's or embargoes on the vehicle whilst in the buyers possession will be the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid to the appropriate department without delay.

You will agree to look after the vehicle whilst in your possession and any damage not cause by a third party must be paid for by the buyer, including damage caused by theft when leaving valuables in plain view in your vehicle.

Goods in transit or kept in your the car is at the buyers risk only, please remove any valuables from the vehicle when left overnight or parked in a public area.

FLEXIBILITY.. If your circumstances change and you can no longer afford the vehicle or you no longer want the vehicle you can hand it back without penalty. You will not be refunded any monies paid during the lease/purchase period.
